dominical, Costa Rica
2023: July 8-15

It is a space for connection with yourself and with other courageous and resilient women. It is a space where you can bring your inner child out to play in the waves, have fun and challenge yourself. It is a space to lean in and lean on others for support. It is a space where you can relax and rejuvenate.
Tri2Surf partners with Dominical Surf School. Debbie and her team are certified instructors, some of whom are national champions. Most importantly, they tailor their instruction based on our individual needs and are compassionate, competent and a whole ton of fun.
Besides surfing, we offer a range of other activities during the week. It is totally your choice whether you join all of them, some of them or prefer to read your book in a hammock.

Our goal is to help you feel a Renewed sense of strength, a peaceful mind, and a soul full of joy.
